Chowder is one of Gumbo’s fun-loving pups, born on 7/30/2024. This little boy is a ball of energy and full of personality! Chowder loves to romp around with his siblings, chase after toys, and soak up all the attention he can get. He’s social, playful, and always ready for a good time. Like his mama, Chowder is outgoing and will likely grow into a medium to large-sized dog. If you’re looking for a puppy who’s ready to fill your home with love, laughter, and a bit of puppy mischief, Chowder is the one for you!

His minimum adoption donation is $350. A $100 non-refundable deposit will be requested by your processor once you are approved. This deposit will hold him until he is available for adoption, on 9/27/24.

He will be neutered prior to adoption, has been microchipped, vaccinated, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.

Wish Bone Canine Rescue rehabilitates and re homes dogs. We are a not-for-profit, no-kill organization located in Central Illinois, whose primary focus is to find responsible, loving and permanent homes for the surrendered, abandoned, neglected or abused dogs from within our community. We do not discriminate based on a dog’s breed, age or health . We are a foster home based rescue; however, we also have a facility where dogs are cared for until foster placement or adoption.
