My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ninja is a handsome black kitten who loves hanging out with people and other kittens and cats. Ninja loves to play with every toy imaginable and even invents his own: who knew shoes could be so much fun? He's very friendly, calm, and purrs loudly. His fur is soft and shiny. Ninja gets along well with other cats and kittens. He has no known experience with children or dogs, but with a go slow approach and proper, supervised introductions all should go well. Ninja has good litter box skills, loves cardboard scratchers, and has a healthy appetite. Ninja loves to eat: his diet has been Friskies or Fancy feast pate wet food and Science Diet or Iams kitten dry food. If you’re looking for a kitten who already has affable companions, look up his travel buddies, Petunia, Tulipan, Stella, and Nightshade.

More about this shelter

At Darbster Rescue, our goal is to place kittens, cats, and dogs with great, forever homes in New England. The pets are primarily from South Florida and other southern states where the euthanasia rates are very high. Our shelters are in New Hampshire which has a strong demand for pets relative to supply and where shelters like ours are strictly no kill operations. Our animals will go to their new homes spayed or neutered, UTD on shots and a clean bill of health from FL and NH. We are here to help everyone look for the perfect match for themselves and their family.
