My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Raven is a great dog. She is big and she loves to run. She is playful and a bit rambunctious, but overall a super dog for a pet. She will play ball and keep away with you. She is very energetic and her best home would be with someone who will take her for hikes or walks and let her run at home.

She is good with kids, she plays with other dogs here at the shelter, and gets along fine.

She is spayed, up to date on all vaccines

We strongly prefer all our LARGE dogs to go to homes with Fenced in yards.

OUR MISSION

APET's mission is to greatly reduce populations of unwanted dogs and cats, and to reduce animal cruelty, including neglect and abandonment, through spay/neuter initiatives and education.
We recognize the importance of education and public outreach to foster a sentiment of compassionate, responsible pet ownership.
APET also seeks to expand it SPCA-type shelter to provide refuge and adoption options for a multitude of homeless dogs and cats.
