My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

At just 1-2 years old and tipping the scales at 50 pounds, Soldier was rescued from the streets of San Antonio. He’s now flourishing in a foster home that’s filled with love. Soldier has adapted beautifully to his new surroundings, welcoming every day with enthusiasm and warmth. Known for his loving nature, Soldier enjoys giving cuddles and quickly becomes a favorite with everyone he meets, both humans and fellow dogs alike.

Bath time is a breeze with Soldier; just lift him into the tub, and he stays put until he’s squeaky clean. This brave boy is looking for a forever home to continue sharing his love. Are you ready to enlist Soldier into your family brigade?

More about this rescue

Lady's Legacy is dedicated to transforming the lives of stray and abandoned dogs. Inspired by our namesake, Lady, whose life ended too soon, we focus on rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming dogs in need. Our mission is to reduce pet overpopulation by adopting and transporting dogs from Texas to loving homes in other states, honoring Lady's memory through each life we save.
