QUIET GIRL LOVES GENTLE PEOPLE OF ALL AGES, AND FAIRLY CALM ENVIRONMENT. GREAT WITH OTHER MELLOW CATS, AND WITH SIBLINGS EBONY AND BLACKBERRY. FRIENDLY, GENTLE DOGS ARE OKAY TOO. I'm soft and pretty and love to sit up high, that is, until I see you. I will come right down to get some attention when you are there! I LOVE gentle pets and snuggles when sitting with you. It won't take long at all for me to love you like we've always been together! I enjoy cat companionship more than my siblings do, so I might make a new buddy of another gentle cat. I do like sitting near Blackberry and Ebony. I play with toys once in awhile, but I DO like playing with wand toys with you! Let's have some fun and I'll settle in even faster, and feel more confident that I really belong there. Then I will probably start to play a little bit more on my own. I LOVE sitting up high, so of course I'll need one or two cat trees. When I come down, I like laying on soft blankets on the furniture and also a cozy cat bed or mat on the floor. I like being in the room with you, so make sure to put things there for me! Be sure to give me a few yummy treats everyday, I will RUN right over when I hear them! I love getting my treats, and I will show I love you for bringing them!

The Colony Animal Services strives to protect andTCAS LOGO-UPDATED nurture The City of The Colony’s lost, homeless, abused, injured, and sick pets. We seek to provide animals the opportunity to be reclaimed, adopted, rehabilitated, or rescued. It is the mission for the Animal Service Officers and volunteers to pursue a positive synergy and to serve the citizens and pets of The Colony.
Animal Services is committed to saving each and every animal that comes into our care. Over the last few years, we have improved our live release rate to 97%. We hold our standards high at keeping this percentage, and in doing so, we ask our rescue partners and citizens to help us pursue finding our animals forever homes.
Every year, we get over a hundred injured and sick animals that need our help. In order for us to help them, we use our donated medical fund to give them the proper care and treatment they need. The only way for us to provide this needed medical care is through our generous financial donors. Every penny donated is sent to our medical fund. Please help us continue this much needed medical care for our animals by donating. Even if you cannot donate, it is a huge help to share posts on social media.
