Meet Rug, the big, posh gentleman with a coat as rich and thick as a Persian rug—hence his name!

His stunning key lime pie eyes will melt your heart as they gaze deeply into your soul, especially if you’re holding a treat (he’ll do anything for one!!). Rug is one of those cats that can be trained to do tricks, since he is highly motivated for treats! His favorite trick to do is to stand on his back leg and stretch as much as he can to reach his churu treat! Churu is life for Rug!

Despite his regal appearance, Rug is down-to-earth, having come from the streets where his friendly, outgoing nature shined. He practically begged to be rescued, and now he’s ready for a forever home where he can be the perfect family pet. Rug is the total package—elegant, affectionate, and always up for a snack!

Rug is estimated to be about 2 years old. He is fully vetted: neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, defleaed, dewormed.
He tested negative for FeLV and FIV.
