Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Clay is one hand some boy. He is soft and fluffy and oh such a gentleman. He’s shy to start with and hid a bit when he first came to his foster home. Once coming out of his shell he is the sweetest boy. He doesn’t mind being picked up and purrs when he gets kisses. He likes to cuddle on the bed with his foster mom. He’s living with his litter mate Phoebe, younger kittens, and older cats and gets along with everyone. Clay is still shy with the dogs but he’s getting used to them. He would make the perfect addition to anyone’s family.
Are you interested in adopting Clay or another JCAPL pet you have seen? You'll need to start by completing an adoption application, available online at our website: www.jcapl.org. There is no obligation to adopt by completing an application, however, we do recommend submitting an application as soon as you find an animal you are interested in. We review applications in the order they are received.
Completed applications can be sent via email to adopt@jcapl.org , faxed to 919-300-5524 or delivered in person by visiting us at one of our adoption events on Saturdays at PetSmart in Garner (White Oak Shopping Center).
We will contact you as soon as possible once we receive your application.
Thanks for thinking adoption!
