My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Master Chief! Master Chief is part of the "Halo" litter. He is a puppy so hes playful and has a lot of puppy energy! He is super cute and fun, but a lot of work. His forever family should be committed to lots of training - obedience, housetraining, and socialization. This will ensure that Master Chief grows into a confident, well behaved adult! Puppies' personalities are dependent on their environment, and the structure and training they are given, in addition to socialization. Their personalities continue to grow and be shaped by their new adoptive families. Puppy daycare and socialization classes or puppy kindergarten are highly recommended for their personal development. He will more than reward you for all your hard work with lots of love, loyalty, and laughs. Chief is a baby so he is not yet house trained and is working on crate training. Estimated DOB: 07/21/2024 Estimated ADULT Weight: 10-20 lbs Breed: Chihuahua/Mix Adoption Donation: $600.00 Prior to adoption, puppies will be altered, microchipped, flea treated, and dewormed. Puppies are given vaccination boosters in our care; however, adoptive families will be responsible for the remaining vaccinations that puppies need. Your adoption donation goes toward the cost of this vet care as well as transportation and general care costs. All dogs adopted from Motley Zoo come with a leash and Martingale collar. Each dog also receives a "Tour Gear Bag" full of goodies to start you on your journeywith your new pup! **Master Chief is not yet old enough to be neutered so he is available for foster-to-adopt in the greater Seattle area. Must be willing to transport to our vet in Bellevue for intake and neuter procedure as well as to Monroe for any vaccinations** Please visit our website www.motleyzoorescue.org to learn more about this amazing pet and to see other available dogs and cats.

Additional adoption info

We have an adoption application required before meeting our pets, which includes an application, pictures of your residence and a piece of mail to corroborate the address.

We will process the application as it is received, usually within 3-5 business days. This may vary based on the current demands placed on our volunteers.

We will contact you noting when you are approved and will arrange to set up a meeting with the pet of interest!
