Meet Cocky, a one-year-old rooster with a laid-back personality! He's easygoing and not aggressive in the slightest—his idea of being "tough" is running up to you, giving a little peck, and then strutting off like he won the battle. The only time Cocky shows any real aggression is when he's doing his job of protecting his flock. While he's been a bit of a bully when around another rooster, Cocky is otherwise a gentle guy looking for a home where he can keep watch over his hens in peace.

Additional adoption info

We require adopters to fill out a short adoption application online. A printed form is available upon request. Once the form is filled out we will process your application which can take up to one week. Once this is completed we schedule a home visit. All animals are spayed/neutered, UTD on all vaccines, and microchipped.

More about this rescue

Storms Angels was created in honor of my first dog Queen Night Storm. She was rescued from a puppy mill. She ended up becoming Diabetic and then slowly lost her eyesight and hearing as she aged. Storms Angels saves companion animals in her honor. We focus on animals who are not considered adoptable. We work to rehabilitate these animals and place them into forever homes.
