My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Fred is a happy boy! He is a playful puppy in a big dog body. If you do not play with Fred, he will throw his own toy and fetch it. This is comica to watch. He loves his toys and a game of tug of war. He loves long brisk walks an would make a great hiking buddy.

Fred is very treat / food driven. He will go into the crate and lay down, for a treat. He will stay in the crate and go to sleep if the room is dark and quiet. He knows sit, down and stay, for a treat. He will also run an obstacle course at the local park, for a treat. He is working on  leash manners and walks well on a prong collar. He is curious about cats and chases them, so maybe no kitties for our goofy guy.

Fred is large, about 86 pounds and very much a puppy. We recommend being mindful having him around small children who he can bump over with his exuberance. His favorite thing is chew toys and he says they will be a necessity in his new home!

With a ongoing training, structure and lots of fun, Fred will make a wonderful addition to your home!
