My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Courage is named for her resilience and beautiful spirit! She was born on the street and used to be afraid of people, but she showed that she could face her fears and learn new things, like learning to trust. So, now we call her Courage. Courage is a sweet and gentle soul who will follow you around the house just to be wherever you are, and to ask for pets and head scratches. She is very mellow and calm, but also tolerant of playful kitties who want to wrestle and pounce. She usually doesn't start the kitty jiu jitsu matches, but she never seems grumpy about it, always answering the invitation with enthusiasm. She gets along well with other cats, kids, and really anyone else who shows themselves to be gentle and kind, like her. Courage is also a rare beauty, being both grey *and* brown tabby, and part solid as well, with bichromatic, green-and-yellow eyes, and delicate, refined features.

Courage was also a sweet and devoted mother to both her own kittens and her sister's babies (despite being only a kitten herself - she turns one year old in November). She really just loves everyone who has a good heart, regardless of species. And she herself definitely has a heart of gold!
