My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This sweet girl is Loaf and she recently came back to us from her foster home. Her temporary mom gave her a glowing review: "Loaf is the most gentle, sweet doggie soul ever. She loves nothing more than to be close to you, her lucky owner, but does fine on her own, too. And when you come home you can be sure she'll greet you with lots of kisses and a happy, thumping tail! Loaf loves to meet new people and is a real superstar when out for a walk. It's like being with a celebrity! She is quickly learning how to navigate the city streets. Sometimes loud horns or big truck engines can be a little distracting, but Loaf is quickly redirected with some gentle reassurance. Loaf loves being outdoors for long walks but also loves jogging and the occasional good book (to rest her head on)."

If this animal is located at our Manhattan Adoption Center, head in to meet them and see if you are a match! We are a same-day adoption center, and an application does not put you on a list or hold an animal for you. If they are in a foster home, please submit an online application and our team will reach out to further discuss the adoption process.
