Hi! My name is Alberto, though my volunteer bestie likes to call me "sweet baby".

I'm a versatile guy! I love to romp around in a kiddie pool and chase balls around, but I also love taking slow walks and having time to stop and smell all the smells. Recently I was introduced to squeaky toys and let me tell you, they might be my new favorite thing! When I'm very happy, I'll roll around to ask for all the belly rubs, and you may also notice my puppy prance that I've heard is adorable.

I'm house trained, independent, and can keep myself entertained with toys, but I also like cuddles and love a good back scratch! I'm a calm, quiet guy who would make the perfect work companion at home or in an office, or just a perfect snuggle buddy on the couch!

Step two:
Using the provided contact form here or on the APA! website, you can send an inquiry on the animal(s) you are interested in.

Step three:
Our adoption team will connect you to the foster home or someone at the shelter location where the animal is currently living to learn more about the animal and potentially set up a visit!

Step four:
After meeting the animal you would like to adopt, instructions for completing the adoption paperwork, scheduling an appointment, and picking up your new family member will be shared with you!
