Meet 5-month-old CeeJay, who was so happy to see a human that he followed a walker, and followed and followed, screaming all the way until the human finally stopped and paid him the attention he was yelling for!
CeeJay, with his charming goatee, is definitely addicted to humans - which makes us wonder how such an amazing creature was found all by himself. Just the sight of a human gets CeeJay purring. He will cuddle against your neck, give you nose nuzzles (smearing up any eye glasses that may be in his way), lay next to you, lay on you, you name it. He will even reach up and touch your face with the most gentle motion.
CeeJay gets along great with other cats. He is cautiously aware of the dogs in his foster home, but they have not yet interacted. He doesn't freak out in their presence so I'm sure with proper introduction he would be fine with polite dogs as well.
CeeJay is often found burrowed under his blankets, but anxiously runs out to greet you while vocalizing his appreciation of the love and attention his human is about to give him. CeeJay doesn't mind being carried and would probably get along great with children of all ages.
Warning: He may pose a trip hazard for those of us that might not be as steady on our feet. He always wants to be touching you, even if you are moving. ;-) Thank you for your interest in a Sandi Paws Rescue, Inc. Please visit our site at sandipaws.org for more information on our organization or to fill out an application to adopt one of our pets. You can find information for volunteering on our site as well.

Additional adoption info
See our adoption process at www.sandipaws.org/adoption
A successful adoption depends on the selection of the right pet for your household and your understanding of your responsibility of adopting a rescued animal. Our adoption procedures have been designed to make sure all rescued Sandi Paws pets are placed in an appropriate, loving forever home, and to make sure all adopters find the right fit for their family. Prior to adoption, all dogs and cats will be given all age-appropriate vaccinations, including rabies, kennel cough, parvo and distemper, spaying/neutering, intestinal deworming, heartworm testing/treatment, microchipping, and monthly heartworm medication and flea prevention.
Note: We will adopt pets outside of Wisconsin if we can do necessary background and reference checks and the adopters agree to provide necessary follow up information. Also, the adopting family must agree to travel to pick up the pet and agree to transport them back to Wisconsin if they need to be returned at any time.
