As sweet as he is adorable, Katalyst, born approximately 6/11/24, can be a bit shy at first. He is playful but is also content to just "be". He isn't a fan of dogs but is good with other cats. Katalyst came to us with a few upper respiratory issues but after appropriate meds, he caught up on his growth and hasn't missed a thing! Katalyst loves his wet food in the morning, his dry food during the day, and kitty treats are always on the menu! He is such a precious boy and is absolutely crazy for face pets (it's his favorite!) Katalyst needs time to actually approach his human but loves to have attention lavished on him and cuddles on your lap. Come meet Katalyst at our adoption events!

Adoption events are held at the Fair Oaks Petco (Madison at Hazel) on Saturdays from noon to 4pm.

Our kitties are FeLV tested (negative), spayed/neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, flea treated, and microchipped. However, since the majority of our kitties are rescued from local high-kill shelters or 'from the streets', their backgrounds are unknown and we cannot guarantee the temperament or any unforeseen health problems that may arise with rescued animals. Our kitties are housed in foster homes in Sacramento County, California. Potential adopters are selected through an adoption screening process. There is a nominal adoption fee that goes towards the care of the kitties.

Fluff Buddies is a 501(c)(3) non-profit group of dedicated volunteers. Our purpose is to provide shelter, food, medical care, and love to homeless felines until we find them loving, furrever new homes.
