Meet Bruiser, a small dog with a big personality! This adorable Chihuahua may be tiny, but his confidence and spirit are larger than life. Despite his tough start, Bruiser is full of love and enjoys the company of other dogs, making him the perfect laid-back companion. Would do best in a home with older no or no children

Bruiser's resilience shines through his story. He came from a neglectful situation where his eyes were left infected, but despite a bit of cloudiness, he can still see. He even carries a reminder of his past—a superficial bullet in his neck—but it doesn’t slow him down one bit. Bruiser is ready to put his past behind him and find a forever home where he can share his love and snuggles.

Neshama Rescue is an all volunteer independent, 501(c)(3) animal welfare and education organization. Our mission is to promote the rescue and adoption of companion animals, with a focus on senior and special needs pets. We believe every soul has intrinsic value and we seek to help communities see that value to create a kinder world. Our goals are to rescue animals from shelters, place them in loving foster homes, and adopt them out to forever homes, as well as strengthen our communities’ education, laws and regulations regarding animal overpopulation and care.
