Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lil Mama is a possible Shepherd/Terrier mix but is only around 30-35 pounds.
She is around 1 year old (November 20th).
She and some puppies were dumped outside of Tishomingo on a dangerous bridge, on a highway, above a huge river. Luckily, they were seen by the public and our animal control officer was able to save them.
Lil Mama can be shy at first, but she warmed up to me within 5 minutes of meeting her (see video).
Lil Mama walks on a leash well and gets along great with our other dogs, Nicolai and Gracie.
This poor girl deserves a family that will love her.
As with all of our other dogs, please bring any children and/or dogs to meet Lil Mama prior to adoption.

We adopt nationwide as long as you come to the animal shelter to adopt the dog. You can submit an application first or visit the shelter first, whichever is better for you. An adoption contract must be signed and adoption fee must be paid.

Tishomingo Animal Shelter is a no-kill dog shelter ran by the City of Tishomingo, Oklahoma. All dogs are well-cared for and socialized by our animal control officer, Jordan, and volunteers.
We have a supporting 501C3 non-profit, Lucky Paws Doghouse Inc, that helps with the spay/neuter and vaccination of all dogs at the shelter; the Venmo donation link on this page goes toward the 501C3.
