Meet our sweet Golden Doodle girl, a puppy with an unbreakable spirit despite her challenging start in life. When she was rescued, she was heartbreakingly emaciated, weighing only 25 pounds, and struggling to survive in the summer heat. Her fur was severely matted, trapping urine and feces against her skin, causing her great discomfort. After being shaved down to relieve her pain and help her skin heal, this resilient girl has emerged as the most joyful and loving dog you could imagine.
She's a bundle of energy and happiness, thrilled to be alive and overjoyed to play with other dogs. While she would thrive with a canine companion, she would also do well as the only dog in a loving home. Full of puppy enthusiasm, she's bouncy, affectionate, and eager to learn. She's currently working on basic training and will need ongoing training to help her grow into a well-mannered adult dog. Fortunately, she's very easy to work with and highly motivated by food, making her a quick learner.
Because her coat grows quickly, this precious girl will require regular grooming to keep her comfortable and looking her best. She's looking for a forever home where she can continue to experience the love and care she deserves. If you're ready to welcome a loving, playful, and joyful companion into your life, this Golden Doodle will bring endless happiness to your home.

More about this rescue
We are a foster based animal rescue in the Nashville area.
Our mission is to work as a shelter diversion for animals who are facing homelessness, through no fault of their own. We provide vet care, a foster and adoption for animals belonging to owners who are homeless or living below the poverty level, where rehoming is their only option.
The majority of SOARescue animals come to us through our big sister organization SAFPAW (Southern Alliance for People and Animal Welfare).
If you would like to learn more about SAFPAW and their weekly spay/neuter transport, homeless outreach program and women's post recovery home, please visit their website at www.safpaw.org.
If SOARescue has the capacity to aid with other strays or owner surrenders, we will gladly do so. Our goal is to help relieve pressure on the over-burdened shelter system.
