Kira is an energetic and friendly young dog looking for her forever home! She is 2 years old and weighs around 50 pounds. She is a playful young pup who does well with other dogs. She is extremely friendly and bouncy, always ready for fun. She currently knows commands sit, down and wait.
Kira walks beautifully on a leash, making her a joy to take on walks or hikes. She loves car rides and is ready for any adventure you have in mind! She sleeps through the night, house-trained, and comfortable being free roaming in the home for 3-4 hours. She may do well in a home with other dogs and teenage children (cats unknown).

Please note we are a foster-based rescue meaning our dogs are in individual foster homes throughout sac and the bay. For this reason we may only be able to schedule meets for one dog at a time (or litter). The average timeline between app submission and a meet and greet is 3-5 days. Please only submit an application for a specific dog if you are ready to adopt that animal within a week's time.

If we AND you feel the dog is right for your family, adoption will be formalized!
Our number one goal is to adopt good dogs to great homes, so that no dog is left behind. Our animals are spayed/neutered (or will be released with a voucher and agreement to provide proof of certificate within vet-approved date).
We wish for our rescue dogs to be fully immersed in your lives, and be treated like true, loved members of the family.
All Adopters must sign a waiver release/memorandum of Understanding with completion of Adoption.
