"Dogs just need you and love." This reminds us of Marvin. He is one year old, weighs 38 pounds, and is so very handsome with his beautifully patterned brindle coat.

Why we love him: Seeing Marvin learn to enjoy the good doggie life has been great! We are so proud of him!

Marvin is such a gentle soul! He was very shy when he arrived at the shelter, and our dedicated staff and volunteers have helped him feel comfortable and discover what fun each and every day can be! The saying "try a little tenderness" applies to Marvin. We have loved seeing Marvin blossom and enjoy each and every day.

Marvin is a well mannered companion on daily walks and we enjoy spending time with him. He also loves to be in the fenced yard, where he zooms around and has so much fun.

Marvin especially looks forward to playtime with his fellow shelter dogs. It helps build his confidence and we love seeing him have such a great time! He would love to have a doggy companion in his new family. We do require a meet and greet to ensure compatibility.

Marvin wants to please and should master any commands you wish to teach him.
