My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sweet Tart is a guy with a name just as sugary as his personality, and he is more than ready to bring a burst of energy into your heart and home! This wiggly ray of sunshine is looking for some companionship that is able to appreciate his zest for life; full of basking in the sun, belly rubs, toys, and always keeping you smiling—and sufficiently snuggled. He is a constant source of entertainment, and the best adventure buddy you could ask for!

Sweet Tart is a smooth and joyful walker on leash, and the immediate mayor of any street that he walks on—happy to meet adults, children, other dogs, bikers, people on scooters, trucks, and even buses with equal enthusiasm.

At about ~two years old, this goofball absolutely loves playtime and attention, and will be happy to continue polishing his basic manners with his humans (keeping all four paws on the ground, getting into a house training routine, etc.). We know that with consistency, guidance, and exercise, he'll be anyone's best friend in no time! Sweet Tart has also done really well with being introduced to other dogs, and we aren't sure how he feels about cats, but imagine that he would do well with resident cats that are able to tolerate a playful and excitable addition at home.

If you’re ready to add a little sweetness to your life, Sweet Tart is the candy-coated companion that you’ve been looking for!
