My name is Barney!

We have had Barney since he was a puppy. He and our older dog have lived together their whole lives. Jovie recently passed. For the last 4 years, both pets have lived mostly in the garage and outdoors. Due to allergies in the home, we had to keep them out of the house most of the time. Since Jovie's passing, Barney is broken hearted. He needs a friend, and we do not want to purchase another dog that can't live in our home. Barney is 12 years old and he's a big boy. He gets daily hip and joint vitamins and eats Blue Buffalo weight control senior food. He is advanced in age, but we want him to have a happy rest of his life. He is miserable living alone. Barney is a big lover. He's never as much as growled. Our boys grew up climbing all over him and he loves all people and all other dogs. He's never been around cats, so I'm not sure how he would respond. We are looking for a loving home, where he can live inside or has land to roam outdoors. He's loves to snuggle and is a great companion.
