Meet our super adorable little fluffy girl named Camila! Camila is about 3 years old an we think she is Chihuahua and Pomeranian mix. She came to us from a hoarding case that we aided another town with. She lived in a home with about 12 other small dogs in the house. Camila can be very shy at first and will need to be given time to warm up to her new home. She will need a patient family who will let her decompress. When Camila is around other dogs, her personality really shines through because she is more comfortable with dogs around her. She is very playful with other dogs and gets excited around them. We think going to a home with another dog will help her. We would prefer either a home with no children, or a home with children for Camila.

You must be 21 years of age to adopt with valid ID. There is a short application for adoption, however if you do not own your home, or you own a condo, we must speak with your landlord or housing association giving permission to dogs/cats. Bully breed specific permission is required if you rent or own a condo. If you own your home, proof of home ownership is required. If there are other pets in the home they must be licensed (if a dog) and up to date on vaccinations. If there is another dog in the home a dog interaction must be done at the shelter before adoption, to ensure the safety and well being of all pets. All children in the home need to be declared and brought down to meet the animal.
Applications must be submitted and approved BEFORE a meet and greet can be scheduled to meet an animal.
An approved application does not guarantee an adoption. We do not hold animals for meet and greet appointments.
ALL ANIMALS ARE SPAYED AND NEUTERED BEFORE THEY GO HOME.
