Meet our very sweet and adorable little guy named Coco! Coco is about 4 years old and he was surrendered to our shelter when his owner lost their home and they had no where for Coco to go with them. Coco is a little hard to get pictures of, and he is much cuter in person! He is a very friendly little guy who has an outgoing personality. He can be shy for a minute, then he is very playful and rolls over for belly rubs. Coco is a really great little dog who will make a family very happy! He is very playful with other dogs and we are told he is fine with cats. He can go to a home with children 8 years old and older.

Appts to meet dogs can made to suit your schedule, please email/call for an appt. We do prefer to be contacted by email for adoption inquiries at Adopt@savingpawsct.org. You must be 21 years of age to adopt with valid ID. There is a short application for adoption, however if you do not own your home, or you own a condo, we must speak with your landlord or housing association giving permission to dogs/cats. Bully breed specific permission is required if you rent or own a condo. If you own your home, proof of home ownership is required. If there are other pets in the home they must be licensed (if a dog) and up to date on vaccinations. If there is another dog in the home a dog interaction must be done at the shelter before adoption, to ensure the safety and well being of all pets. All children in the home need to be declared and brought down to meet the animal.
Applications must be submitted and approved BEFORE a meet and greet can be scheduled to meet an animal.

An approved application does not guarantee an adoption. We do not hold animals for meet and greet appointments.

ALL ANIMALS ARE SPAYED AND NEUTERED BEFORE THEY GO HOME.
