My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hey there, I'm Mateo! I'm a friendly, playful, very sweet male kitten who's about three months old. I came to the shelter with my family because our person could not afford us anymore. I have a canine sister too, named Missy, who's also here! (She's a pretty Red Heeler, so check her out if you're looking for a dog too!). All of my brothers and sisters have been adopted, and I'm hoping that I get adopted soon too. I must be an indoor-only kitty, and I would love to have lots of toys and a comfy bed for napping! Before I go home with you, I will be neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated. I would love to have a friend to play with, so maybe you'll consider adopting another kitten with me? Two is better and more entertaining than one! Well, I've got to go play now, so if you can give me a loving, FOREVER home, I would love to meet you today!

More about this shelter

Caddo Parish Animal Services is an open-admission shelter meaning no homeless animal is turned away. Our goal is to reunite lost pets with their owners and when that is not possible, find a new home for them, provided that they are healthy and not aggressive.
