My name is GITA*!

Meet Gita – the Frenchie mix. This black and white moo-cow of a pup came to the Shelter as a stray found in Watsonville. Staff have observed that Gita is social with people and enjoys pets. She walks nicely on leash and is food motivated. Gita is recommended to be the only dog in her next home and would thrive with an adopter that will manage her environment to avoid high traffic dog areas. Adopters should plan work with her on positive reinforcement-based training to help build a bond and work on life skills and manners. We do not have any history of Gita with cats or in a home environment.
