Here's what the humans have to say about me:
ELLIE is still available! She's a gorgeous long haired tortie. Fully vetted, spayed, up to date on all vaccines, litter trained. Although we have had interest in Ellie, we have not yet found her Purr-fect home. She's combo negative for fiv/FeLv, flea tick mite and heartworm treated & microchipped.
Let me be more specific on her Purr-fect home. Yes, she is dog, cat child friendly. However, she would do best in a home with few pets. She's being fostered in Lancaster PA with a 1 yr old very active lab, beagle who barks ALL day and 5 other cats.
She would do best with a dog that's older, not "in her face". Her foster mom's dogs are always around and she tolerates them well however a home with an older, smaller, quieter dog allows her to shine.
She prefers male cats over female cats (typical tortie behavior). So a home with 1 maybe 2 boy cats would be fine. We think she would be more bonded, more of a lap cat in a home with 0-1 male cat.
She's 10 months old, small framed. About 8lbs. Loves being brushed and playing with toys & laser lights. She loves sleeping in bed.
When it's just Ellie and her foster mom, she's definitely a bonder.
She's child friendly but again, a home where she is the spoiled child is the BEST fit for her.
If you're looking for a companion, a bed cuddler, a best friend, she's Purr-fect. We always look for the best fit for our cats/kittens so that they get the Purr-fect homes and are EXACTLY what the adopter is looking for.
