Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sweet and affectionate, Tootsie is a gentle soul who enjoys the company of her human companions. While she tolerates other dogs as long as they don't bother her, she would ideally prefer to be the only dog to have all of your love. A perfect companion for a day out, her small size makes her easy to carry, and she loves car rides, making her the ideal travel buddy. She can also sit on your lap all day on the couch and binge watch. Tootsie would be happy with whatever you do, as long as she gets to be with you.
