Hello! My name is Joan and I was rescued with my brother John Cusack, who looks just like me. Foster mama tells us apart by our adorable tails...my brother has a short little stub while I have no tail at all! We may look alike but we have very unique personalities! I am the spunky one and very brave about exploring new things. I love to cuddle, play, and give sweet little puppy kisses.

My approximate birth date is early June. At 3 months old, I weigh 8 pounds, so I will probably be a small to medium-sized dog as an adult. I'm well on my way with house training. I can hold my bladder for about 2-3 hours, and when you take me outside, I will immediately take care of my business.

Foster mama says I am a funny and sweet puppy girl, and whoever adopts me will be so lucky!

Their adoption process

Submit Application

Submit an adoption application at www.angelsrescue.org/adopt and a member of our Adoption Team will contact you for an interview.

2.
Meet the Pet

Our pets are located in foster homes. Once your application is approved, you will be connected with the foster family.

3.
Home Check

The foster family will do a brief home visit to ensure that it's a perfect match between family & pet!

4.
Pay Fee

Adoption fees range from $50 - $150 for cats and $150 - $300 for dogs. Specials and discounts may apply.

5.
Sign Adoption Contract

Our team is available for support and referrals post adoption if you need it!

We ask that all pets and family members meet your potential new pet so that everyone can be sure they are the right fit!

Puppies and kittens under 4 months may only be adopted locally. Fully vetted and altered pets may be adopted out of state.
