Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Reggie the baby! At just about 11 months old, weighing in at a measly 30 pounds; he's full of love, life, and a huge personality! Regalito's most favorite thing to do is definitely run around with stuffy toys like he's the coolest pooch in town! Or snuggle them, or really anything that he can. With mention to cuddles, he is a true cuddle bug, whether he has the chance to leap into your lap, into the crook of your arm, or just down near your feet, he is a truly loyal little boy. Anytime he's given time in the lobby, you'll always catch him within someone's trail, taking a nap, or sitting up, eagerly awaiting his next interaction with people, kids, dogs, or cats. What I personally love most about Reg is his ability to learn, and so incredibly quick. He has his simple commands down; and while he always tends to respond with much more enthusiasm when there's treats nearby, he has yet to let us down! Reg seems to be nearly house-broken, using his crate-training over night, and during work hours, and is a one of a kind pup. Open to just about any home that enjoys spending their time with a canine companion, & have love to give!
My adoption fee is only $310! This fee covers all of my vaccines, microchip, nex/heartguard, heartworm test, AND my spay/neuter!
Think I might be the perfect fit for your home? You can apply for me here https://animalwelfarefriends.org/adopt/application/ OR you can apply in person when you come visit me any day during business hours! You can even adopt me that same day once approved!!
Please Note: All adoptions are on a first-come first served basis with approved adoption applicants. We do not hold animals unless the adoption is out-of-state, and fees apply. The animal's welfare is our first and only priority, in doing so, they are moved from the shelter into their respective homes as quickly, & humanely as possible to remove the risk of undergoing extreme stress, compromising the immune system, & behavioral concerns.
DISCLAIMER: Genetic Breed accuracy is NOT guaranteed; we assess by the following:
Interview with or paperwork from with the previous owner
Intake evaluation observations (behavior, physical appearance, and energy level)
Source documents from which to analyze characteristics
Consultation with other staff
