Hi, I'm Pablo! I am an eight-year-old Beagle mix, and I'm hoping to find my new lifelong best friend! I was owner released to the shelter because my owner passed away, I'm now in need of a loving family that can take care of me until the end of my days. I'm a sweet boy, I do great with other dogs, I don't know how I feel about cats, but the shelter offers trial adoptions and meet and greets so that we can make sure we're the best of friends! Kids are pretty cool, but I can be a little nervous at first, so give me some time and I'll adjust! I'm not quite sure on the whole potty training and crate training bit, I'm going to need some work in that department, but I'm willing to learn with my new best friend by my side! I'm HW NEGATIVE, UTD on vaccinations, weigh 32 pounds, and I'm ready to be adopted today!
Pablo's adoption fee is $90 plus tax, my fee has partially been sponsored by PAWS in LYON COUNTY!Dogs are $115 and puppies are $110 unless otherwise noted. All cats and kittens are $75.00 unless otherwise noted. Our system automatically updates adoptable websites every two hours. Feel free to email or call us with any questions you may have. Our contact number is 270-887-4175. The shelter is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10:30-4 and is closed daily for lunch from 12:30-1. Adoptions are done on a first come first serve basis for owner releases. Strays have a wait list.

More about this shelter
Our mission is to help animals in need through sheltering, adoption, education, spay/neuter, and community outreach. We strive to build a community where people value animals and treat them with respect and kindness thus bringing an end to the cruelest practices towards animals. We aim to lower the number of homeless/unwanted animals and build a stronger animal protection movement within the community. Most importantly, we strive to find the best possible outcomes for all animals released into our care.
