My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

What my friends at ACC say about me:

Please check here for updated adoption hours.

I lived with children in my previous home.

I have potential behavior challenges that staff will address with you when you meet me.

I am finding the shelter a little overwhelming, but when it's just you and me and some peace and quiet you'll see what a love bug I am.

I am looking for a home with a patient person.

I'll need daily interaction with you as I get used to my new life.

I am playful and cute!

A volunteer writes: A black and white cookie - err bunny - er puppy is available at Brooklyn ACC. His name is Musa and he is 3 years old with tons of personality. He is only 45 pounds but his ears and exuberance makes that hard to believe! Musa is all about the good life - fun and new friends! He quickly wiggles his little body up to anyone who's near, winning them over with his big smile and waggy tail. He hops after toys running back and forth across the yard, bounding great distances without touching the ground. Musa came to us when a new baby came into his family. His former family reported he is super friendly with strangers, dogs and young kids! We can confirm he is a total wiggle butt and prone to belly rubs! He is social and even though he is up for a run he can be a total couch potato too. His former family said their favorite thing about him was how much he loved to be touched and kissed. He loves chew toys and burrowing in blankets.
