Meet beautiful Abigail! She ended up at the shelter as a lost girl on 9/5, and no one has come to reclaim her. Abigail is now keeping her paws crossed for a new, forever home where she will be loved and kept safe so that she never ends up back in the shelter. The volunteers describe Abigail as super sweet and attentive to the people around her. She is still quite young so she's fun-loving and playful! Doesn't she have the most beautiful eyes?! Abigail also knows how to sit nicely for treats. Puppies are cute and so much fun, but they're also a lot of work. Please make sure you have the time, patience, and energy to commit to a puppy before adopting.
Abigail is approximately 8 months old, and she weighs 25 lbs. She will most likely be a medium-sized dog when she is fully grown. She is UTD on vaccines and spayed; she will be microchipped, and heartworm tested upon adoption. Abigail is waiting in run 331; her ID # is 661651.

Cobb County Animal Services was established in 1971. As part of Cobb's Department of Public Safety, we serve the entire county, protecting the residents and animals of Cobb.
The mission of the Cobb County Animal Services Unit is to enforce state laws and county ordinances pertaining to animal control and management; educate the community on responsible pet ownership and wildlife care and provide housing and care for homeless animals, while coordinating their adoptions when possible and humane euthanization when adoptions are not possible.
