My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

June Carter was named for her sweet disposition. We adopted June from our local animal shelter almost a year ago. She has been nothing but a sweet, loving, cuddly girl. We think she might be a pit mixed with a larger breed (great dane/ boxer?!) Her favorite things are Kong/ Bullymake toys, running in the backyard, and playdates with other dogs.

Unfortunately one of our pre-existing dogs just could not get along with her which is why we are looking into rehoming (we are also pregnant/expecting). June is super playful and is looking for a family that can give her more attention and engagement. She is interestingly not super into walks - but loves brain puzzles and just hanging out with her family. She takes to training very well (is very intelligent) and has completed beginner and intermediate dog training at Petsmart. She would do great as a solo pet for a family looking for a house trained older puppy, and most likely would get along with other friendly/ more timid dogs.
