My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Introducing Venus and Mars, two friendly bonded cats, both of whom have dazzling personalities and super good looks! Venus, the whiter of the two, is a 1-and-a-half year old, 8-pound stunning silver tabby, and Mars, also a silver tabby, is a beautiful big-boned bruiser weighing in at approximately 14 pounds.

While Venus and Mars both love to cuddle, Venus also likes being held. You can pet these affectionate kitties any time of the day or night, and Venus will just sit there and purr, while Mars is more likely to roll over and ask for a belly rub too. Venus and Mars are excellent around all humans and they adore other cats, particularly each other!

Venus and Mars are both extremely playful, with their favorite toys being wands, feathers, and springs. They’ll often chase each other around the house and entertain themselves in that fashion. And oh boy, they put in quite a show! Solid eaters, these two furballs have a healthy appetite and a passion for treats. When Venus wants something, she’s not at all shy. Meow, meow, meow!

Litter-box trained and very tidy, Venus and Mars take care of their bathroom business when and where they should, and they keep their coats shiny and bright.

If you’ve been looking for a pair of highly sociable, sweet cats, then go bring home this Dream Team before somebody else does!

More about this rescue

PupStarz Rescue is an animal welfare group committed to the rescue and rehabilitation of dogs and cats in public shelters at high risk of euthanasia, as well as those in danger of abuse. We are committed to rescuing as many animals as possible, saving over 4,500 dogs and cats since 2015.

PupStarz Rescue is a foster-based rescue, relying on fosters to open their homes and lives to our Animals. Animals in our care receive proper medical care, including alteration, vaccinations, and microchipping.

Following a thorough screening, our animals are placed in loving, responsible, committed forever homes. PupStarz Rescue ensures that adoptions are an appropriate match for both the animal and their new family by educating prospective adopters about the responsibilities and costs of bringing a furry companion into their lives.

We are committed to the welfare of our "Starz" beyond the adoption process. We maintain open communication with our adopters to ensure a smooth transition, and offer additional support such as positive training techniques.

Founded in 2015, PupStarz Rescue is a non-profit, 501(c)3, no-kill, animal rescue organization.
