My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Loving Home Needed for Jag - 3-year-old Black Shorthair Cat

Age: 3 years old
Breed: Domestic Shorthair
Color: Pure black
Gender: Male (neutered)
Declawed: Yes

Personality: Jag is a playful and energetic cat who enjoys playtime. While not a typical lap cat, he does appreciate affection and is good with children.

Background: Jag was originally a stray. He has been neutered and is up-to-date on his vaccinations.

Ideal Home: Jag would thrive best as the only pet in the household. He has shown nervousness around larger dogs and has been rough with an older cat when he was younger. A quiet home with no other pets would be ideal for him to feel safe and comfortable.

Why We Are Rehoming: We currently have a large, energetic dog (Boxer-Pit mix) whose playful nature is too intense for Jag, causing him stress and anxiety. We believe Jag deserves a home where he can feel completely at ease.
