Meet Phoebe, a sweet cat who's overcoming a tough start in life. Coming from a rough situation, she's still adjusting to the busy shelter environment. Due to stress, Phoebe has lost some hair on her back half from overgrooming, but with time and love, she's ready to find her forever home where she can finally feel at ease. Phoebe is looking for someone who understands and will give her the patience she needs to thrive.
