Meet Dora (A210108)! Dora is an approximately 10 month old juvenile kitty looking for a loving home at the shelter.

Dora was rescued from the street as a baby, starving and scared. She has had a rough start to life and is ready to find a loving, stable home she can count on. Dora is shy at first and needs a quiet home with a loving, patient owner who will take time to get to know her. When Dora feels comfortable she will come to you and rub against your legs and purr. She loves to play with wand toys and will jump in the air to catch them. Dora is a sensitive, soft-hearted girl looking for her special someone to rescue her and give her the good life. She will be your loyal companion and give you lots of love for years to come!

All animals are up-to-date on vaccinations (including rabies if over 4 months old), microchipped, and spayed or neutered. All dogs have been been vaccinated with DHPP and Bordatella (kennel cough) and heartworm tested negative (if over 6 months). All cats have been vaccinated with FVRCP and current on flea control. To adopt you must have a photo ID and proof of your current address. If not on your ID then bring in a bill with your name and your current address. If you rent you must provide a lease clearly stating the pet policy or provide a name and phone number for your landlord so that we may confirm the pet policy. If you own your home you may provide a mortgage statement or property tax bill for proof.

You must be 18 years or older to adopt.

If you wish to adopt a dog and have other dog(s) at home, please bring them with you to the shelter so that they may meet. Even if your dog is wonderful with other dogs, many of the dogs at the shelter have come in as strays so we have no history on them and need to be sure they get along with your pet(s).
