Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Jarrahdale just needs a little time to warm up to become a fun and affectionate girl who will actively engage with you. She will come right up to your face if you are near the ground and eat
from your hand. Every morning, She eagerly awaits to say good morning with one ear up and one ear down. Her floppy ears have stolen the hearts of many. Jarrahdale does startle easily, but with time, we think she will adjust and get more used to unexpected sounds. In a recent foster home, she did better with kids than with adults.
Jarrahdale is very curious, always running to the edge of the pen to investigate both people and other rabbits. Jarrahdale is full of energy and loves to jump over high obstacles. If housed in an X-pen, she's been known to jump over 3 feet! Space to run and items to jump on (cat trees, boxes, etc) would be perfect for this sweet girl. She LOVES playing with balls and climbing on things. Jarrahdale has displayed excellent manners so far. Even though she loves to chew on cardboard and balls and might occasionally nibble a finger, she has refrained from carpet and furniture. This makes her an excellent candidate for free roam. Jarrahdale LOVES time outside of her X-pen and is especially playful when there's space to explore. Give her a little time and a treat, and you will have a wonderful companion in Jarrahdale. If this active bun sounds like the perfect addition to your family, ask about her today!
Jarrahdale is spayed, microchipped, and vaccinated against RHDV2 (vaccine must be administered annually). House Rabbit Society recommends all rabbits see a rabbit-savvy veterinarian once a year.

More about this rescue
Since 1988, House Rabbit Society, its supporters, small staff, local chapters, licensed educators, and other volunteers around the globe have been advocating for the care and well-being of rabbits.
Our goal is to help people see rabbits as intelligent and social pets who thrive indoors. HRS’ mission, philosophy, and policies have influenced the formation of many other nonprofit rabbit rescue groups and set a standard for the treatment and respect of domesticated rabbits. As a nonprofit, we rely on membership support and other donations–large and small. HRS financial documents are provided below, which record our programmatic efforts over the past decade.
