My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Please contact foster at kristen.koetter@yahoo.com

• House-trained
• Crate-trained
• Dog Friendly
• Not sure whether she is cat friendly. She wasn’t reacting to small kittens she saw at the shelter and she calmly put her nose against the glass when the kitten put it’s face up to it. However, she tries to sprint at any squirrel she sees and fixates on them which makes me concerned that she has a prey drive
• Can be timid at first with new people but is very affectionate. We’re working on her confidence
• Knows sit
• Generally very easy to walk unless she sees a squirrel. You have to hold the leash tightly and wrapped around your wrist in case she sees one as she doesn’t seem to notice cars when she sees a squirrel
• Easy to give a bath to
• Will chase toys you throw in the yard but doesn’t necessarily retrieve them and bring them back. Has a silly side and likes to roll around in the grass on her back
• Car rides seem to make her a little nervous. She needs to be picked up to get her in the car and will occasionally whine as she just seems a little uneasy but she is well-behaved overall in the car and will happily hop out on her own
