He is good with other dogs and loves people of all ages. Thor is not aggressive at all! He wants to be hugged and loved on and with his person. I call him a lovey boy. Thor has always been a very loved and pampered little dog. He will need to be adopted by someone who is home at least part of the day. We are hoping that someone that is familiar with the JRT personality will adopt him. He needs a securely fenced yard to play around in. No short chain-link. No wrought iron. No electronic fencing. You must also have a good vet reference to adopt Thor. The adopter must be able to drive to the Gonzales, Texas area to pick him up. There is a small rehoming fee. Interview
Once your adoption application is submitted, someone with Russell Rescue, Inc. will contact you.

Home Check
You will be required to provide a vet reference and allow us to send a volunteer to your home.

Meet the Pet
Once you are approved to adopt from Russell Rescue, Inc., arrangements will be made for a meet-and-greet with your dog's foster parent.
5.
Sign Adoption Contract
You are required to sign an adoption contract with Russell Rescue, Inc.
6.
Pay Fee
All of our Russell Rescue, Inc. dogs are fully vetted and spayed or neutered. The adoption fee is $275, unless otherwise noted.
7.
Take the Pet Home
You are on your way home with your Jack Russell! Give them some time to adjust to their new surroundings. Contact us with any questions.
