Tosca was adopted by my ex partner, who did not take very good care of her. I have been taking care of her while figuring out what to do with her, and in that time, she has been the light of my life. She is known as a "King Shepherd", which is what oversized German Shepherds are called. This means she will be a BIG DOG, likely 70-100 pounds. At four months, she is already 40 pounds.
Tosca likes to relax for most of the day, and is a serial napper. Her perfect day would include some heavy exercise (either a run or some playtime) in the morning and afternoon and a puzzle during the day. Please know that she is a dog who loves a task. She has picked up on her training very quickly, and is attentive to everyone she sees as part of the pack. She is the ultimate "family dog" for this reason, as she is hyperaware of everyone.
She has had professional dog training, and excels at shaping behavior and calming techniques. She would do well at agility, hunting, or tracking, too.
