Gracie is timid initially, but warms up quickly; she likes treats; is playful; appears to be dog friendly (but slow intro always recommended); calm and affectionate!

Focused on me not my cats, seems happy to chill but also loves to play, potty trained, did fine overnight alone in a babygated room, wants to be inside your skin if possible, loves sunbathing, extremely gentle, very responsive to commands of sit and stay especially for treats or tennis ball, hesitant to get in and out of car but rides well.

If you are looking for a new pet, Charlotte Mecklenburg Animal Services shelter has a wide variety of animals to adopt; from dogs and cats, rabbits and guinea pigs, to the occasional snake and pot-bellied pigs. The shelter also has two specially designed bonding areas for people to interact and play with the animals they are considering for adoption.
