Hey there everyone, I'm Palmer! Do you want a playful little kitty that will give you all the love and entertainment you desire? That'd be me! I love other cats, playing with my toys, and snacks. I'm an adventurous boy who loves running around jumping on cat towers and chasing lasers. I'm having some wonderful adventures at my foster home, but I would love to find a forever home to call my own. Do you want to start a new adventure together with me?

There is no obligation to adopt by completing an application, however, we do recommend submitting an application as soon as you find an animal you are interested in. We review applications in the order they are received.

Completed applications can be sent via email to adopt@jcapl.org , faxed to 919-300-5524 or delivered in person by visiting us at one of our adoption events on Saturdays at PetSmart in Garner (White Oak Shopping Center).
