This is Nugget. She was surrendered to the shelter because her owner is having health issues and cannot take care of her any longer.
The previous owner stated that Nugget did live Indoors with children and has lived with dogs, but never cats.
She is just as sweet as can be, so please stop by to meet her if you are interested.

We do not have applications our adoptions are first come, first serve.

Take the Pet Home

All available pets are spay/neutered and ready to go home immediately.

Additional adoption info

$100 Adoption Fee

Our adoption fee includes Spay/Neuter, heartworm/leukemia testing, initial vaccinations, deworming, flea preventive, micro chip, sample bag of food and various other services.

We take in animals that are brought in by Cherokee County Animal Control officers, animals owned by citizens of Cherokee County and unwanted strays found in Cherokee County. The Cherokee County Animal Shelter also adopts animals out to the public.
