Say hello to Bao! Bao came to us with her kittens . Bao was a very good mama and she raised healthy kittens. Now it is Bao's time to be spoiled and cuddled. She will be shy at first because she is not use to being the one receiving attention. She only knows about giving attention to her kittens. She wants a quiet home with folks who will be patient with her as she morphs from a shy cat who likes to be petted to a lapcat who purrs and purrs. She does not want to be shy or scared anymore. Our lifesaving safety net has helped San Diego become the largest city in the U.S. to keep healthy and treatable shelter animals from being euthanized. We are a private, independent, nonprofit organization that is not affiliated with any other humane society or society for the prevention of cruelty to animals.
