FOSTER OR ADOPT SARGE!
Sarge has a sad story; unfortunately, it is all too common here. Sarge and his brother wandered up to a home in the area after it is believed they were dumped. This family offered them food, tried to locate owners and reached out for help. Sadly, we stay so full it takes days, sometimes weeks for us to have room anymore. They kept them as safe as possible with no fence and did the best they could. Then heartbreaking news that one of them was hit and killed on the highway.
Sarge is now safe with ARLO. He is grieving his brother. He is unsure at first but is gaining confidence daily. He is good with other dogs, and they are helping him come out of his shell. Sarge is a Malinois mix, approximately 5 months old. He weighs about 40 pounds right now. He is a very handsome dog.
Sarge is available to foster or adopt!

Adoption fee is $150, includes neuter, deworming, vaccines, flea/tick free, heartworm negative and started on prevention and microchip. Apply to adopt at www.arlorescue.com

Additional adoption info

Dog adoption fees are $95 and any Bully breed is $120. Fees include spay/neuter, deworming, vaccinations, started on monthly heartworm prevention and flea/tick preventative.
Cat adoption fees are $65 and include spay/neuter, deworming, vaccinations and flea/tick prevention.
An application is required and will be approved to qualified adopters.

We are a non-profit, 501c3 small group of volunteers dedicated to improving the lives of Okemahs animals. We rescue as many as we can from the local shelter and assist the community when rescources are available.
We educate the community and promote the importance of spay/neuter and responsible pet ownership.
