Skip would like to skip the heck out of the shelter! This poor boy was surrendered in pretty bad shape. He had loads of mats which required a shave. Hence, his nakey status. Skip truly deserves a loving home in which he is taken care of. And LOVED like crazy. He is ready for the next phase in his life. Are you??
