Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Hi, folks, I'm Sark! I'm a 2 year old hound/pointer mix, and I'm a good, good boy. I thought I had found my forever family for a time, but they had some things change in their lives that I guess I didn't fit into. So I'm back with my Hero friends, still looking for love and the right family to be mine. Their loss and yours and my gain, as I like to say!
I'm neutered and up to date on all of my shots and meds. I love adventures, and think it's cool to go on walks and hikes outside together. I love other dogs (although I do prefer to eat by myself!), and I of course really love my people. I'm looking for my forever home (really, this time) and a family who will love me, and will let me return that love 10 fold (at least). Let's meet and check each other out!!!
Thank you for your interest in one of our Hero Babies! Before inquiring, we thought it was important to share a few of our policies.
Your Current Pets - We do require that your current dogs and cats are current on vaccines and spayed/neutered.
Adoptions - We do not have a shelter and are a foster-home based organization. We do require that you have an approved adoption application to schedule a meet and greet. You can fill out an adoption application on our website, www.herorescue.org/adopt. Once your application is approved it will be sent to the foster family that is currently caring for the dog. They will be able to provide information on likes, dislikes, personality, etc. They will also schedule a time for you to meet the dog. We do require a home visit prior to adoption.
Inquiries - If you would like more information on any dogs in the rescue, please email us at info@herorescue.org.
