Here's what the humans have to say about me:

First name, Lemon, last name, Poppyseed. You know what they say about a dog with a full name…they usually will have ten more names they might respond to. Lemon Poppyseed is all about the good times. She is well behaved as well as being fun. She knows commands, loves treats, and adores attention. She came to us pretty dirty, but a bath is all it seems she needs to be sparkly again.

Came in as a stray on 8/13/24.

The building is open 12-7 daily and adoptions end one hour before closing. All visitors 18 and older must have a government issued ID.

All household members should be present to meet dogs (especially those under 18 and any decision makers). We recommend and can arrange dog to dog meet and greets for your current dog to meet a potential dog sibling at the shelter.

Slow, cautious, and appropriate introductions are recommended after decompression time is given for/to the shelter dog.
